Extension - Lyall Bay

Major renovation / extension in Lyall Bay, Wellington. Existing internal layout of house changed with most walls reframed to accommodate new layout. New modern kitchen / lounge extension on rear of house to give more space and light in the living areas.

This project involved:

  • Stripping out most of existing house, reframing walls for new layout, new firewall, insulation and GIB

  • New extension to rear of house on concrete slab

  • 2x new tiled bathrooms

  • New kitchen

  • Reroof of existing house

  • Weatherboard etc repairs to existing house cladding
